La poesía

En la clase de Lengua, primero hicimos un caligrama, luego con un compañero hicimos otro caligrama. En grupos de a tres hicimos una poesía vanguardista y para finalizar de a cinco hicimos un cadáver exquisito.

Theatre in education

In the Drama class, we did a presentation in groups, in my group we choose Theatre in Education.
In the video we comunicate what is happening in life with technology, to show teenagers the things in life that they are loosing because of being with their phones.

Charlas TED

Después de haber ido a Tecnopolis y tener mas ideas para nuestra charla, nos toco presentarla en el colegio. En mi caso no me anime a subir al escenario pero me gusto mucho trabajar en mi charla buscando información y haciendo encuestas. Me encanto ver a mis compañeros exponiendo.

Nuevas Experiencias

En la clase de Construcción de Ciudadanía, estuvimos trabajando con un proyecto llamado Charlas TEDed. Cuando nos contaron que íbamos a ir a Tecnopolis a ver charlas me puse contenta porque pude ver como las presentaban y así tener mas ideas para mejorar mi charla. Otra cosa que me gusto de ir fue que nunca había ido y fue muy linda la experiencia.

Metamorfosis de un paisaje

En  la clase de Arte, hicimos una presentación mostrando y explicando todos los trabajos del año.

Letter

In the Language class, with the teacher Andrea Shejter, In the Gold Experience book we have to make a letter answering the things that were asked in the slogan. Finally we wrote this letter to David.


Dear David,
       
                   It was a pleasure having you with us! No problem, you can come whenever you want, my family was very happy with your visit.

I enjoyed a lot all the things that we did, but you must come for longer next time so that we can go to other  places which, in this opportunity, we couldnt visit and we can spend  more time together!

Oh! Yes please, my mother is so facinated with you, she keeps talking about all the things that we did, she says you are a wonderful man. My father wants to put the photos on a photoframe.

Yes, we arrange that later, I want to meet your family too and also your city, we can go to a bar or to a museum, I'm so anxious to see you again my dear friend!

Enhuesados

Hicimos una disección de un fémur de vaca, analizamos sus partes y por ultimo hicimos una presentación con todo lo que vimos en clase.

A view from the Bridge themes

In the Drama class, we are reading a story called " A View from The Bridge" written by Arthur Miller. We have to choose three themes and explain them with an audio.

Games at Twilight

Games at Twilight it is a story written by Anita Dessai. The story is about Ravi, the principal character of the plot, which by playing a game he had been forgotten where it shows the feeling of insignificanse that this kid, Ravi feels.
So, I made a storyboard summarizing the story with relevant quotations and focusing on the characters and the setting.

Fahrenheit 451, Faber

En la clase de Lengua estamos leyendo un libro llamado Fahrenheit. A partir de esa lectura nos dividimos en  grupos, cada grupo tiene un personaje de la historia, en nuestro caso nos toco Faber. Hicimos un poster de ese personaje con una frase que lo represente.

Vous êtes ou?

Hicimos un plano desde el lugar en donde estábamos ubicados hasta la Iglesia San Gabriel en Francés, este audio da las indicaciones para llegar a la iglesia.

Sistema Nervioso

Estudiamos el sistema nervioso,luego hicimos una disección en el laboratorio. Por ultimo hicimos esta presentación con Federica Rossi y Sofia Ravenna.

Diary entry

In the Language class with the teacher Andrea Shejter, we are watching a serie called "13 Reasons why". We did a mindmap with the Diary Entry's  characteristcs  and then we wrote a diary as if we were one of the characters talking about their day, feelings, etc. In my case I pretended to be Hannah Baker. I wrote as if I were her because I think that what was happening to her was terrible.

    Today something very bad happened to me, I was in class and my partners started to laugh about a paper that they had in their hands. When the paper arrived to me, I saw a list that contained all things that girls have. I felt very devastated, so I went with Clay and we were talking when Jessica sent a message to me. She wanted to meet me at "Monet's" cafe. In that moment, I thought that everything was going to get bettet.

When school finished I went to "Monet's". Jessica was there, she waw crying because Alex had broken apart with her and she thought that was because of the list. She said that it was all my fault. I said that I hadn't done anything, but she slapped my face and went away.

That was my horrible day diary!

Theatre in education

In Drama we are studing different genres styles and practitioners. Some of them are: Elizabetham theatre, Epic theare. Musical theatre, Physical theatre, Naturalizm and Theatre in education. My group gave a presentation on Theatre in education.

Hicimos una presentación sobre un elemento químico que nos toco a cada uno, luego buscamos información sobre el elemento.

Procesos matemáticos

En la clase de matemática, hicimos una ejercicios en la carpeta que se trataba de ubicar muchos puntos C. Cuando los terminamos de hacer en la carpeta los pasamos a una aplicación llamada Geogebra y al costado escribimos en lenguaje matemático lo que hicimos en cada uno de ellos. En las siguientes imágenes se muestran todos los ejercicios.

Interviews

In the Language class our teacher, Andrea asked us to write two types of job interviews, between an interviewer and an interviewee.

Interviewer: Hello, my name is Marco I´m going to be your helper, but have to pretend that im your interviewer!
Interviewee: Hello Marco, I will present myself, my name is Catzi, I´m 23 years old, I studied in Yale and I want to get this job.
Interviewer: Oh! That's very good! you look very interested in this job.
Interviewee: Yes, that was my dream since I was a little girl.
Interviewer: Well, that's all for today, we continue tomorrow with the practice, I think that you are going to get the job.

Interviewer: Hello, my name is Carla and I´m the boss of this company, tell me about you.
Interviewee; My name is Jose, I´m 37 years old, I finished primary and secondary, but I didn't go to the university.
Interviewer; Oh that is a problem for this job, we need people who finished university.
Interviewee; Well, I hope you find another person for this job.
Interviewer; Sorry, you didn't get the job.


          

FCE writing practice

In the Language class our teacher, Andrea asked us to read in our FCE booklet an email from Richard which explains his new job and we had to do a writing practice, answering Richard`s email. I did this with Federica Rossi.

It's great that you've got the job! From what you are telling me, being at the Sport Equipment Company looks very interesting, but tell me more about it.


I imagine you have to wear a formal uniform, don't you? Do you already know in what part of the company you are going to work? It's great thet they gave the job to you without having any experience.

Don`t worry about that! the people that work there are going to be very nice with you, so ask if you have any doubt because in that way you are going to learn more.

Everything is going to be amazing, don`t worry. We can go to a bar and you can tell me how everything goes.
